                      Registration is by appointment only.

    HOW:  Call to set up an appointment for you and your child.  Once you make the appointment, you will receive an information packet in the mail.  On the registration day, you will need to bring your child’s birth certificate, a proof of address, and your child’s immunization records.  Your child must also attend registration.  ( A child entering kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by august 31st.)
